On foot and by bus
We are well-placed at the centre of Stafford in a pedestrianised area, next to the Grove coffee shop. We can be reached by the alleyway from Market Square alongside the left hand side of Boots, and are on the North side of St. Mary’s Church.  Buses serve the centre of Stafford at frequent intervals.

By bike
There are many cycle paths into Stafford; you can bike straight to our office and secure your bikes inside our railings. Contact the Council Office on 01785 619619 for more information about local cycle paths.

By car
In common with other town centre services, we have no car parking facilities; the Location Map shows the nearest public car parks. The multi-storey car park adjacent to our premises is easily accessible from Earl Street. Payment is on exit.

By train
We are less than 5 minutes walk from Stafford station, which has regular services from London, Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool. Simply walk straight ahead out of the station entrance down Victoria Road, over the river, keep going past the Court, and veer to the left of St. Mary’s Church.

Deliveries
Cars and light vans can get to the front entrance down St. Mary’s Passage doubling back round the gate; ask us first.

If you have a disability or have trouble with stairs - our entrance provides access for wheelchairs and pushchairs. We are working towards better disabled facilities. Shopmobility vehicles can be obtained from the office on Broad Street by Wilkinsons (telephone 01785 619456) and can be parked by our front patio. There are ground floor interview rooms. If you are unable to travel in, we can arrange a home visit.

Facilities for children
We have a separate waiting/ play area for children with videos, toys and books, although we are unable to provide supervision; children are welcome to wait during your meetings, but you will need to bring another adult to supervise.

Our availability
Our office hours are 8.45 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. It may be possible to see you outside of normal office hours. You can always call into our reception for information about our services. Our main reception is the left-hand door, number 7 St. Mary’s Grove.
