Difficult Cases

We believe that mediation can be most helpful in the most difficult, complex and entrenched cases.

We have considerable experience of both representing children and providing ADR in long standing children cases.
We continue to offer and develop a model of Court Directed Appropriate Dispute Resolution, a form of specialist or expert mediation, to assess the ability of parents to co-operate in a mediation environment. This is explored in the attached Family Law 2 article.

In complex finance cases, our unique support provided by the specialists on our Advisory Board means we can assist even where finances are considerable or enmeshed. We always encourage collaboration with individual lawyers and other advisors, including where court proceedings have started, and the opportunity for costs savings through limited co-operation is greater.
