2.  Our experience and expertise as family mediators, including a developing expertise in cases of high conflict, means that we can provide the best possible opportunity for couples to resolve matters co-operatively, and at the very least the opportunity to explore whether this might be possible.  Our focus remains on the adults' ability to co-operate to the extent of avoiding costly and perhaps provocative litigation.

3.  We aim to provide at least the same legal and other professional expertise and ethical base as clients would expect from their lawyers so a referral can be made with confidence.

4.  Our willingness to work in partnership with referring lawyers, CAFCASS, the Court and with other professionals means that in difficult cases where some element of voluntariness and of direction is required, we can work together to help resolve issues.

5.  Our ability to provide mediation in many spheres, relying on models of both civil and family mediation, means that we can create a model of mediation that is suited to your particular dispute, whether it involves co-habitation, inheritance, or whatever.
